URA MV Database

Upload the monthly URA (Uganda Revenue Authority) Motor Vehicle database CSV to enable automatic tax lookups when creating invoices. Once imported, the database is locked to prevent accidental replacement. Use the Unlock to Replace button when a new monthly update is available.
